Data Analyst - dashboard development (remote)

Redstone Birch Foods is a Fresno food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on dashboard development. You would join a large organisation of about 807 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in production batches and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on sanitation schedules. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Fresno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
