Data Analyst - dashboard development (remote)

Rivermark Meadow Staffing connects candidates and employers across the Omaha region, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our dashboard development. Recruiters here keep in touch with people long after placement. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in client orders and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on temp assignments. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Omaha. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
