Data Analyst - dashboard development (remote)

Silverline Fern Environmental Services is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on dashboard development for landfill records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We take pride in clean streets. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on weigh tickets. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Denver. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
