Data Analyst - dashboard development (remote)

Rivermark Fern Energy is an energy provider in Des Moines focused on reliable service and fair billing, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our dashboard development. You would join a large organisation of about 977 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on hardship programmes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Des Moines. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
