Data Analyst - dashboard development (remote)

Nova Systems runs childcare centres in Miami caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on dashboard development. We celebrate small wins and steady routines. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in tuition and subsidies and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on family communication. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Miami. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
