Data Analyst - dashboard development (remote)

Rivermark Hollow Transit Planning is a transit-planning firm in Reno working with agencies and riders, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our dashboard development. We like people who ride the bus and notice when things do not work. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on route schedules. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Reno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
