Data Analyst - dashboard development (remote)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Corner Learning Group and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be dashboard development. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in attendance records and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on learning materials. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Miami. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
