Data Analyst - dashboard development (remote)

We are growing our team at Bright Umber Telecom and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be dashboard development. We keep people connected and take outages personally. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in service installations and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on outage reports. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Miami. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
