Data Analyst - dashboard development (remote)

Highbridge Timber Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around Detroit, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our dashboard development. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in release testing and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on clinical studies. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Detroit. • We reply to every applicant.
