Data Analyst - dashboard development (remote)

Greenridge Harbor Telecom is a telecommunications provider in Miami focused on reliable home and business connections, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our dashboard development. You would join a small organisation of about 40 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in field visits and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on network equipment. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Miami. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
