Data Analyst - dashboard development (remote)

Lumen Ridge Construction is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on dashboard development for change orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Good people move up quickly. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in change orders and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on project schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Spokane. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
