Data Analyst - dashboard development (remote)

Fernwood Bridge Environmental Services is an environmental-services company in St. Louis with routes, transfer stations and recycling, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our dashboard development. You would join a large organisation of about 956 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in recycling loads and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on landfill records. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in St. Louis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
