Data Analyst - dashboard development (remote)

Foxglove Willow Insurance Partners sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Baltimore. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on dashboard development. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Investigate trends in customer complaints and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on premium billing. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Baltimore. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
