Data Analyst - dashboard development (remote)

Rivermark Granite Water Authority Partners is a public water utility serving the Charlotte area. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on dashboard development. Safety and public health guide our decisions. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in meter reading and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on billing accounts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Charlotte. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
