Data Analyst - dashboard development (remote)

Cedar Wren Farms is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on dashboard development for field records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are a family-run business at heart. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in field records and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on harvest schedules. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Salt Lake City. • We reply to every applicant.
