Data Analyst - dashboard development (remote)

Bluepeak Vista Staffing is a Buffalo staffing firm for warehouse, office and healthcare roles. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on dashboard development. We are in the people business and act like it. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in candidate screening and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on temp assignments. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Buffalo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
