Data Analyst - dashboard development (remote)

Stonegate Harbor Health Group is a healthcare provider in Wichita with clinics and support teams. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on dashboard development. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in patient education and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on clinic supplies. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Wichita. • We reply to every applicant.
