Data Analyst - dashboard development (remote)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Keystone Arts Center Group and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be dashboard development. We run on creativity, deadlines and a lot of goodwill. What you will do • Investigate trends in event logistics and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on ticketing. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Little Rock. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
