Data Analyst - dashboard development (remote)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Ridge Construction and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be dashboard development. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in subcontractor invoices and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on project schedules. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Houston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
