Data Analyst - dashboard development (remote)

Lumen Cross Legal Group provides legal services in Richmond across employment, housing and small-business law. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on dashboard development. You would join a small organisation of about 35 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in trust accounts and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on billing records. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Richmond. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
