Data Analyst - dashboard development (remote)

Rivermark Yarrow Legal Group provides legal services in Dallas across employment, housing and small-business law. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on dashboard development. People here care about clients, not just cases. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in billing records and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on client files. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Dallas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
