Data Analyst - dashboard development (remote)

We are growing our team at Silverline Fern Environmental Services and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be dashboard development. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in weigh tickets and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on landfill records. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Honolulu. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
