Data Analyst - dashboard development (remote)

Northwind Sparrow Banking Services is a regional lender in Seattle with branches and a growing mobile service. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on dashboard development. We promote from within and train well. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in fraud alerts and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on branch operations. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Seattle. • We reply to every applicant.
