Data Analyst - dashboard development (remote)

Clearpath Yarrow Health is a healthcare provider in Oakland with clinics and support teams. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on dashboard development. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in referrals and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on electronic records. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Oakland. • We reply to every applicant.
