Data Analyst - dashboard development (remote)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Cedar Banking Services and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be dashboard development. You would join a large organisation of about 235 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Investigate trends in loan files and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on branch operations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Louisville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
