Data Analyst - dashboard development (remote)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Nest Housing and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be dashboard development. Collaboration with local agencies is constant. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on rent assistance. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Columbus. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
