Data Analyst - dashboard development (remote)

Bright Ridge Property Management is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on dashboard development for lease renewals, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Maintenance and leasing staff share information every day. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on maintenance requests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Louisville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
