Data Analyst - dashboard development (remote)

Stonegate Wren Telecom is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on dashboard development for service installations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in service installations and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on billing accounts. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Baltimore. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
