Data Analyst - dashboard development (remote)

Harborlight Basin Care Services supports families and individuals in Atlanta with personal care and coordination, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our dashboard development. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in licensing and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on family communication. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Atlanta. • We reply to every applicant.
