Data Analyst - dashboard development (remote)

Foxglove Willow Pharma is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on dashboard development for cleanroom operations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 904 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in cleanroom operations and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on quality documentation. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Denver. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
