Data Analyst - dashboard development (remote)

We are growing our team at Foxglove West Arts Center Partners and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be dashboard development. Evenings and weekends are part of the job. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in school partnerships and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on exhibitions. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Austin. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
