Data Analyst - dashboard development (remote)

Fernwood Maple Community Partners Group is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on dashboard development for volunteer shifts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 325 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in volunteer shifts and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on donor records. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Salt Lake City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
