Data Analyst - dashboard development (remote)

We are growing our team at Summit Bright Water Authority and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be dashboard development. Our work is invisible when it goes well, and we are proud of that. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in pipe repairs and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on billing accounts. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in St. Louis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
