Data Analyst - dashboard development (remote)

Bright Fern Care Services is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on dashboard development for care plans, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in care plans and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on client records. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in St. Louis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
