Data Analyst - dashboard development (remote)

We are growing our team at Northwind Cross Arts Center and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be dashboard development. Everyone pitches in on show days. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on volunteer programmes. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Raleigh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
