Data Analyst - dashboard development (remote)

Clearpath Stone Hospitality operates hotels and event venues around Rochester, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our dashboard development. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in housekeeping schedules and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on guest bookings. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Rochester. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
