Data Analyst - dashboard development (remote)

Greenridge Clear Care Services is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on dashboard development for family communication, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Investigate trends in family communication and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on caregiver training. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in San Diego. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
