Data Analyst - dashboard development (remote)

Ironwood Yarrow Hospitality runs guest-focused properties across the Albuquerque area. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on dashboard development. You would join a small organisation of about 16 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in supplier orders and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on reviews and feedback. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Albuquerque. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
