Data Analyst - dashboard development (remote)

Bluepeak Loom Construction Group is a Sacramento contractor with project managers, trades and support staff. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on dashboard development. You would join a small organisation of about 162 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in materials orders and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on safety records. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Sacramento. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
