Data Analyst - dashboard development (remote)

Silverline Wilder Construction Group builds commercial and industrial projects around Boston, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our dashboard development. Site safety is non-negotiable. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in project schedules and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on safety records. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Boston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
