Data Analyst - dashboard development (remote)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Beacon Financial and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be dashboard development. Trust is the product, so accuracy and clarity matter. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in customer onboarding and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on vendor spend. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Pittsburgh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
