Data Analyst - dashboard development (remote)

Foxglove West Farms supplies farm and food customers across the San Jose region, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our dashboard development. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in packing house output and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on cold storage. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in San Jose. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
