Data Analyst - dashboard development (remote)

We are growing our team at Redstone Lantern Housing and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be dashboard development. We value patience and follow-through. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in lease compliance and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on repair requests. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Pittsburgh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
