Data Analyst - dashboard development (remote)

Summit Drift Hospitality runs guest-focused properties across the Houston area, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our dashboard development. You would join a large organisation of about 365 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in food costs and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on housekeeping schedules. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Houston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
