Data Analyst - dashboard development (remote)

Ironwood Basin Care Services Group is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on dashboard development for visit scheduling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in visit scheduling and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on care plans. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Las Vegas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
