Data Analyst - dashboard development (remote)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Forge Hospitality and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be dashboard development. We work weekends and holidays and we make it fun. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in food costs and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on housekeeping schedules. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Charleston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
