Data Analyst - dashboard development (remote)

Bluepeak Haven Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Memphis. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on dashboard development. You would join a small organisation of about 101 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in warranty claims and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on service appointments. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Memphis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
