Data Analyst - dashboard development (remote)

Foxglove Mill Environmental Services collects and processes waste and recycling around Chicago. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on dashboard development. We take pride in clean streets. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in recycling loads and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on fleet maintenance. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Chicago. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
