Data Analyst - dashboard development (remote)

Stonegate Clear Farms is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on dashboard development for seasonal crews, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 208 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Investigate trends in seasonal crews and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on cold storage. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Sacramento. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
