Data Analyst - dashboard development (remote)

Bright Oak Hospitality Group is a hospitality company in Atlanta with restaurants, rooms and catering, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our dashboard development. We work weekends and holidays and we make it fun. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in group events and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on food costs. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Atlanta. • We reply to every applicant.
